Goldhale Scam: ASIC & Russia Warnings, Website Shutdown, and Network of Fraud

đźš© Key Warning Signs & Scam Indicators

1. Domain Shutdown and Replacement

The original goldhale.com website is no longer operational . Cybertrace analysts recovered an archived version from February 1, 2026, showing a professional-looking dashboard designed to create the illusion of wealth . The scam has since moved to goldhale.net, now protected by a password—a tactic used to hide the site from public scrutiny .

2. Part of a Wider Scam Network

Investigators have confirmed that Goldhale is connected to other fraudulent platforms including Lloydstern, Fosterhart, and FX905 . These sites share the same infrastructure, account managers, and tactics . One victim reported receiving emails from the same person using email addresses from all three companies .

3. Identity Theft & Impersonation

Goldhale and its associated companies have been accused of impersonating legitimate businesses by sending documents on other companies’ letterhead . Staff also used stolen photo IDs of Australian citizens to present them as “managers” to victims .

4. Non-Existent Company Registration

Despite claims of being “Goldhale LLC,” searches of company registration databases reveal that no such company exists .

5. Extremely Low Trust Scores

Trustpilot Reviews

“This is 100% a scam. After I increased it to over $2000USD, I was contacted by a government department dealing with fraud who advised that the goldhale wallet I transferred to was red flagged. So I asked to withdraw my money, was told I couldn’t immediately, then the next day I tried to contact them I could no longer access my account. I have since been told that I won’t get my money back until I remove my review. These people are just thieves and must be avoided.”

“Scam, they take your money and appear to operate a legitimate trading site with much help initially encouraging you to invest more$. Though your investment is in bitcoin and they have full control of your investment by requiring their ‘approval’ to withdraw!!! Which never comes. They are not registered with ASIC, I will be reporting them to ASIC scam watch.”

“This is a scam. Now I have some profit and I would like to withdraw funds, but it seems that my initial instincts were correct. I cannot seem to contact anyone, I have emailed, whatsapped etc and no response. The withdrawal just sits there pending for days on end. They were very quick to take my money, but do not want to pay out. All these great reviews must be AI fakes. Don’t waste your time or money on this website.”

“Nothing but LIES and DECEIT from Goldhale.net, Lloydstern and Fosterhart. I had the great misfortune of being introduced to a group of companies whose sole purpose is to SCAM people out of their money by weaving a complicated web of LIES and DECEIT. My initial contact was with Fosterhart Trading who appointed an account manager to ‘assist’ me. This person later told me that he also worked for Lloydstern and Goldhale. I received emails from this person from all three different company emails. All three companies are under the one umbrella.”
